Yesterday my wife and I had an appointment at Zen Hearing. It was our first with Nikki. We had been advised to expect to be well treated. The word ‘well’ doesn’t begin to describe the exceptional, professional manner in which Nikki managed the session. From quietly sussing out details of how I have experienced my aids, to advising and providing solutions to the issues I broached, to ensuring we are more the welcome to contact her anytime when unit functionality queries arise. Our time with Nikki was totally laid-back, relaxed and informative. We both thank you very much.
