I made an appointment at Zen totally uneducated about hearing tests, products, and procedures. The staff were beyond what I expected – they explained everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. They were also warm, friendly, and made me feel at ease. I would encourage anyone who is hesitant to explore their hearing and what is involved to visit Zen – they are beyond kind, caring, and skilled practitioners!
